Most family docs in Oklahoma routinely include 2,500 patients or more in their practices. Others around the country are even more packed – 3,000 to 4,000 patients! With One Focus Medical, you’ll be part of an intimate family practice consisting of around only 600 patients. With this solid foundation, the advantages are inevitable, and plentiful.

House Calls Options Available:

House calls are available on a case by case basis and will be set up at the providers discretion.

Full Access Via Technology:

You’ll be able to reach our team and other medical information via webcam, e-mail, text and more. The sky is the limit.

An Annual Executive Physical:

This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you, and your specific goals for wellness. Diagnostic and procedural benefits at no extra costs Breathing Treatments, Cryotherapy, Lesion Removal, Laceration Repair, Toenail procedures, Joint Injection just to name a few.

Wholesale Labs and Medication Costs:

We’ll pass our benefits right on down to you.

Medical Monthly Membership

Adults 20 – 49 years old, $64 / month
Adults 50 – 64 years old, $79 / month
Adults 65 and older, $99 / month
Children under 20 years old, $19 / month with at least one parent membership

Weight Loss Management Membership

PRICING: $50/mo membership + medication

To help you reach your weight loss goals and maintain long term success Dr Davenport uses a multi-factorial approach, including discussions and education on lifestyle and dietary changes along with prescription medication when desired. These medications include compounded GLP-1s Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Dosing changes will be determined based on monthly weight checks and how you are feeling at your current dosage.

Semaglutide:
0.25mg dose – $99 / 5 wks.
0.5mg dose – $125 / 5 wks.
1mg dose – $150 / 5 wks.
1.5mg dose – $175 / 5 wks.
2mg dose – $200 / 5 wks.
2.4 mg dose – $200 /4 wks.

Tirzepatide:
2.5mg dose – $150 / 6 wks.
5mg dose – $300 / 5 wks.
7.5mg dose – $300 / 4 wks.
10mg dose – $350 / 4 wks.
12.5 mg dose – $450 / 4wks.
15mg dose – $450 / 4 wks.
